General

  • The main hotel entrance has two accessible options: a platform lift (that can be operated without staff assistance) or a ramp. The revolving door leading into the lobby can have the doors opened up for easier entry with mobility aids.

  • The reception desk is currently too high for wheelchair users; the payment machine is not cordless, making it difficult for some wheelchair users to reach independently

  • Spacious lifts to accessible hotel rooms and hotel facilities

  • One wheelchair-friendly toilet near the hotel lobby

  • This hotel has 3 wheelchair-friendly hotel rooms, all located on the 1st floor and accessible via a lift. One room has a king size bed; and two rooms have twin beds

  • The Super Lyan cocktail bar is spacious, but has high bar stools and tables. Should you want to sit at a lower table, you can order a drink at the bar and ask for it to be brought to one of the (lower) tables in the adjoining Celia Café.

  • Celia Café is wheelchair-friendly, serving light meals and snacks

  • Celia, where breakfast and dinner are served, has tables at a range of heights. Breakfast is a self-service buffet. Please ask a member of staff for help if you need assistance with the buffet.

  • There are seven wheelchair-friendly conference rooms. Some of these rooms can be combined to create an even larger conference space

  • The business centre and gym are wheelchair-friendly

  • The Beachwood lounge located on -1 is also wheelchair accessible

  • This hotel has 1 manual wheelchair that can be borrowed by guests

Parking & Public Transportation

  • The hotel has an underground parking garage which can only be accessed via the stairs, making it inaccessible to wheelchair users. The closest disabled parking space is at Haarlemmerstraat, at the corner of Binnen Visserstraat.

  • 1 double bed/ two twin beds (depending on the accessible room)
