The Bulldog Hotel & Loungebar

Located in Amsterdam’s historic centre, the Bulldog Hotel & Loungebar has a lively, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Please note: Smoking cannabis isn’t actually legal in The Netherlands, but recreational use has been decriminalised.

Accessibility

  • Ground floor entrance with automatic doors

  • Low tables and variety of chairs

  • Lift

  • Close to public transportation (5 min)

  • The coffeeshop next door is small. If it is busy it may be hard to manoeuvre in a wheelchair. Feel free to buy a joint and smoke it in the hotel lounge.

  • The Bulldog has a toilet with grab rails, but the space is not big enough for a wheelchair.


Toilets

The space is big enough for rollators or crutches, but too small to turn in a wheelchair. I will leave The Bulldog up as a coffeeshop recommendation for anyone looking to smoke a joint, but I don’t feel the accessibility of the toilet is up to the standard of I would like to recommend for Able Amsterdam.
