ARTIS Amsterdam Royal Zoo

Located in Amsterdam’s Plantage neighbourhood, Artis Royal Zoo was founded in the early 1800’s. The zoo is home to a diverse range of animals and wildlife, from reptiles, birds and butterflies, to elephants, giraffes and chimpanzees.   • Service dogs permitted along special route (note: service dogs must have all required vaccinations)
  • Accessible gift shop and restaurants
  • As several areas and enclosures allow the zoo's animals to roam around freely, service dogs are not permitted in all parts of the zoo.
